Long story short: Comedian Patton Oswalt tweeted last year that his daughter wanted him to dress like Doctor Octopus for Halloween, to go along with her Spider-Girl costume. And, as mentioned on his tweet with a picture of the resulting awesomeness, Adam Savage of “The Mythbusters” put the costume together for him. This video shows how it was done.

And it is rad.
