# Suicide Squad Trailer

As I’ve [mentioned previously](https://etmexport.wpcomstaging.com/2015/12/batman-v-superman-trailer/), I’m not particularly keen on anything happening in the DC Cinematic Universe, thanks to “Man of Steel” being about as horrible a Superman movie as could be. And while I might have originally been a bit dismissive on David Ayer’s “Suicide Squad” — y’know, what with how [stupid Jared Leto looks as Hot Topic’s Employee of the Month Joker](http://www.rollingstone.com/movies/news/jared-leto-debuts-ghoulish-suicide-squad-version-of-the-joker-20150425) — this trailer has almost entirely sold me on the movie.

Now all we have to hope for is “Suicide Squad” to blow “Batman v. Superman” out of the water, box-office wise, and maybe the rest of the DC movies can pivot to not being entirely dour adventures of whining, super-powered turds. It’s just a little dream I have, y’know?
